3A. AI-Generated Outputs and Limitations
DoableClaw's Services use artificial intelligence, large language models (LLMs), automated agents, and third-party data sources to generate analyses, diagnoses, recommendations, competitor comparisons, action plans, content drafts, leads, scripts, and other outputs (collectively, "AI Outputs").
(a) Nature of AI Outputs. AI Outputs are generated by automated systems and are inherently probabilistic. They may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, hallucinations, outdated information, biased assumptions, or incorrect inferences. AI Outputs are not reviewed by a human professional unless explicitly stated.
(b) No Professional Advice. AI Outputs are provided for informational and advisory purposes only. They do not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, professional consulting, legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, marketing, medical, or any other form of regulated professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any material business, financial, or legal decision.
(c) No Guaranteed Results. DoableClaw makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that AI Outputs will be accurate, complete, current, fit for a particular purpose, or that following them will result in any specific outcome — including but not limited to revenue growth, lead generation, conversion improvements, SEO ranking, or cost savings. Business results depend on many factors outside DoableClaw's control.
(d) User Verification Obligation. You agree that you will independently review, verify, and validate all AI Outputs before relying on, publishing, sharing, transmitting, or otherwise acting upon them. This includes, without limitation, verifying any factual claim, statistic, competitor information, market data, lead contact, generated content, code, automation script, or recommendation produced by the Services.
(e) Third-Party Information. Where AI Outputs include information about third parties (such as competitor websites, public profiles, market data, social media data, or scraped content from platforms such as Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, search engines, or e-commerce sites), such information is sourced from publicly available data and may be incomplete, outdated, mischaracterised, or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for verifying any third-party information before using it.
(f) User-Published Content. You are solely responsible for any content, message, listing, advertisement, outreach, post, script, or other material you publish, distribute, send, or use externally that was generated, drafted, suggested, or assisted by the Services.
(g) Automation and Execution Tools. Where the Services enable one-click execution, automation workflows, or integration with third-party tools, you acknowledge that you are the operator and controller of any such automated action. You are responsible for ensuring such actions comply with the terms of service, acceptable use policies, and applicable laws of any third-party platform involved.
(h) Acknowledgement. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you understand the nature and limitations of AI-generated outputs and accept full responsibility for your decisions and actions taken in reliance on them.
4. How We Share Information
- · Service providers: hosting, analytics, customer support tools, email/SMS providers.
- · Payment processors: to process payments and manage subscriptions (see Section 6).
- · Integration partners: only when you enable integrations and authorize access.
- · Legal and safety: if required by law, to protect rights, prevent fraud, or respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal information.
