1. Who We Are

DoableClaw is a productized AI professional expertise platform that provides business diagnosis and action plans, focused on inbound lead generation and conversion funnel improvement.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for:

• · All activities under your account.
• · Providing accurate information.

3. Services Provided (Advisor Model)

DoableClaw provides analysis and recommendations (diagnosis + plan), which may include:

• · Competitor comparisons and positioning insights.
• · Funnel analysis (traffic → lead → meeting → close).
• · Landing page messaging/offers/tracking recommendations.
• · Suggested fixes and experiments.

3A. AI-Generated Outputs and Limitations

DoableClaw's Services use artificial intelligence, large language models (LLMs), automated agents, and third-party data sources to generate analyses, diagnoses, recommendations, competitor comparisons, action plans, content drafts, leads, scripts, and other outputs (collectively, "AI Outputs").

Important: Outputs are informational and advisory. You are responsible for decisions and actions taken based on the recommendations.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• · Use the Services unlawfully or to violate others' rights.
• · Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Services.
• · Upload malware or harmful code.
• · Use the Services to create or promote illegal activities.
• · Access or scrape the Services without permission.
• · Misrepresent DoableClaw outputs as guaranteed results.

5. Your Content and Permissions

You own the content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant DoableClaw a limited license to use Your Content solely to:

• · Maintain and improve the Services (preferably using aggregated/de-identified data).

You represent that you have rights to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

• · Pricing, plan features, and billing cycles are shown at purchase.
• · Payments are processed by a third-party processor (e.g., Razorpay).
• · You authorize recurring billing where applicable.
• · Taxes may apply based on jurisdiction.
• · Refunds / Cancellation: You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided except where required by law.

7. Trials and Promotional Offers

• · Trial duration and limits are specified at sign-up.
• · After trial, billing begins unless canceled before the trial ends.

8. Intellectual Property

DoableClaw and its content (software, branding, templates, and non-user materials) are owned by DoableClaw or licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted.

9. Third-Party Links and Integrations

The Services may integrate with third-party tools. DoableClaw is not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their policies. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

10. Disclaimers

11. Limitation of Liability

• · DoableClaw will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• · DoableClaw's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to DoableClaw in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DoableClaw, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims arising out of or related to:

• · (f) your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or any third-party rights; and
• · (g) any misrepresentation by you, including misrepresenting AI Outputs as professional advice, verified facts, or guaranteed results to any third party.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or pose risk to the platform or others. Provisions that should survive termination will survive.

14. Changes to Services or Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms. If changes are material, we'll provide notice (e.g., email or in-app). Continued use means acceptance.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
